More Tech CPO Devices are shipped with the device, SIM Pin, Lightening Cable & Wall Charger.

Images used are a visual guide of how the device will look, however are not the exact photos of the device you will receive.

All devices have good battery health and have a battery capacity of at least 85%.

Certified pre-owned means they have all original parts and have not been repaired. The only part of the phone that may have been replaced is the battery to ensure the battery health is excellent.

Excellent

A device that is considered to be in excellent condition is like new. This means it may have minor signs of wear and tear with no major scratches in “like new condition”. All our devices have at least an 85% battery health or higher.

Very Good

A device that is classified as being in very good condition may have faint marks or small scratches but is overall in a very good condition and in a great condition. All our devices have at least an 85% battery health or higher.

Good

A device in good conditions may have light signs of wear. They may have some light scratches and minor marks. 100% fully functional. All our devices have at least an 85% battery health or higher.

All devices come carrier unlocked and ready to work across Australia with any network. We ensure they are iCloud unlocked which means the device is essentially like new regarding software. Some older models like iPhone 6/6s will not work with later versions of IOS and cannot be used with apple watches. Warranty & Quality

All items sold are covered by More Tech for six months from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any faults with products, the warranty does not cover damages from misuse, general wear and tear or accidental damage.

Every single device goes through a rigorous 72 point quality check to ensure that the each and every device is in perfect working condition ready to get you through each day every day.

Shipping & Returns

Whilst we prefer to mail you your device, we do have a physical location located at 1/825 Nepean Highway, Bentleigh, Victoria. You are welcome to organise a pickup, although shipping times are estimated to be 7 days or less in most cases.

We have a 15 day return policy, devices must be fully unlocked and removed from any iCloud accounts & be in the same condition as received (any form of physical damage + automatic void and will not be accepted).

You will need to be home to sign for the parcel, this is to ensure all devices are delivered to the correct address. If you are not home to sign for your delivery it will be dropped off at your local post office where you will need to present with identification to collect your parcel.
